Nope, the particular modules that you are trying to download are built
as part of the base perl SRPM:

Note the 'Source RPM' field there.  Many binary packages are built as
subpackages of the same source package, this is not unusual.

Shit. Looks like I'm bitten by centos perl 5.8 vs fedora perl 5.10.
