That just means either the documentation is outdated or your version of the 
Bodhi client is outdated.

In any case, you can always use the web interface at 
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/ . You don't have to specify the Fedora 
release at all anymore, it's figured out automatically from the builds you 
include in the update.
