I know earlier this summer there was a lot of discussion around
bugbuddy, kerneloops and setroubleshooter being able to submit bug
reports. Has any work on infrastructure been done on this? Does anyone
have a pointer to how this could be done? I would really like to make
it easier for setroubleshoot to submit bugs.

anaconda is now doing semi-automatic filing of bugs - when an exception
happens, one of the destinations you can now save to is bugzilla. So
you have to enter your login information, but everything else is
automatic. We're using the python-bugzilla module to do all the
communications.

Can we avoid the requirement of a prexisting account?
