Reluctantly I have to agree with you - and this isn't really a Fedora specific problem. I can to same conclusion with the Xen users mailing list which I used to participate in to help users. There were just too many users who spent all their time insulting the developers & their work rather than engaging in productive conservations about trouble shooting. Its just not worth the pain at the end of the day :-( I don't have enough time as it is, so I just concentrate on user bug reports instead, of which there are plenty to keep me busy indefinitely... That said it is still useful to read / browse the forums / lists every now & then to get a good idea of the kind of problems most commonly hit by users which are not neccessarily bugs, but rather design / conceptual flaws.
