Is there a recommended (F9) way to get gnome-volume-manager-like behaviour on a headless server? The main goal is an automagically created mount point in /media for each mountable partition on the drive, and a hook for a script to check what is in the plugged drive. ivman promises to do what I want but it sounds like it's been held back from the pool by its maintainer [1], and it seems really cumbersome to configure. Is there a better alternative? cheers, martin [1] http://marc.info/?l=fedora-devel-list&m=117578808027100&w=2 -- martin.langhoff@xxxxxxxxx martin@xxxxxxxxxx -- School Server Architect - ask interesting questions - don't get distracted with shiny stuff - working code first - http://wiki.laptop.org/go/User:Martinlanghoff -- fedora-devel-list mailing list fedora-devel-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-devel-list
