I honestly don't know what magic mkisofs needs to make things bootable
on arm, and I don't think anaconda itself has a mk-images.arm so you may
be in some trouble here.  Pungi is easy, anaconda is going to be some
more effort.  Thankfully most the hard work is done with other mk-images
files, you just have to port one to arm.
