It's easy to duplicate with p.e.
cvs -d username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/extras co devel/vim
cvs -d username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/cvs/extras co devel/common
cd devel/vim
make verrel
I think I've written a mail about this over a month ago, pointing to a specific
checkin that broke this. It's the change between revision 1.94 and 1.95 in
Makefile.common
