How about a welcome screen that pops up everytime you boot up, with an obnoxious shortcut to it in the top of our 'go' menu. No matter how many times you 'disable this the next time it boots', it still nags you to install aMSN. </sarcasm> I think a folder might not be the best interface, but even so, putting in a default bookmarks like we do already is not really effective either.
