=== Fails To Build From Source (FTBFS) Proposal ===
* Matt Domsch proposed that packages with unresolved FTBFS bugs
immediately following the Alpha release would be removed from
the distribution. FESCo agreed with this proposal, but had a
couple of additional items (like tying this in with f13's
automated MIA proposal) to add to it. f13 will get in contact
with Matt on this.

* FESCo approved f13's proposal on how to prime the new
'supergroup'. The initial members will be current package
