I have found a simular bug in bugzilla :-

Looks like it is the same bug and it also effects the LSI Corp. sym53c8xx controller.

Fedora 9 and rawhide are not detecting Mylex DAC960 and LSI Corp. sym53c8xx SCSI controllers. These devices are detected and run fine on FC 6, 7 and 8.

Attached are :-

  - dmesg
  - lspci
  - cat /proc/interrupts

from FC8 installation.
