The front page of fedorapeople.org only lists people that have HTML
content there.  By virtue of being a Fedora contributor (the technical
requirement is CLA done and at least one other group in FAS, which you
meet), then you already have an account on fedorapeople.org.  Just ssh
to the box, using the SSH key that you uploaded to FAS, and create the
.planet file.  Note that the planet is not actually using this new
configuration mechanism yet, but it will in the near future.  If you
want the blog added prior to that, just send a mail to
admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
