Ekiga + opal rebuild?

So this very nasty Ekiga bug in at least the F-9 branch:
  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=441202

...can be fixed by rebuilding opal followed by ekiga (which depends on
opal-devel). I've tested and confirmed that fix locally.

Brian Pepple and others tell me that it's OK to help out by rebuilding
these, and also that the chain building process that works in the devel
branch doesn't work in the F-9 branch. I'm going to take care of that
this morning, in the hopes we can have a working Ekiga for a zero-day
update to Fedora 9.
