When/where was this vm created?  I'd imagine that the xml file
describing it in /etc/libvirt/* incorrectly lists the emulator.

/etc/libvirt/qemu/rawhide.xml:<domain type='kvm'>
/etc/libvirt/qemu/rawhide.xml:    <emulator>/usr/bin/qemu-kvm</emulator>
