clarification on fedora accounts and sponsorship

Hi All,

I'm reading through the details of getting approved as a packager so I
can maintain a couple of packages and generally help out a little
more.

I just need to clarify the order of how to do a couple of things.

On the wiki Join page [1] under "Get a Fedora Account" it mentions to
get an account once you have a sponsor and your package approved (I
have the later), but on the how to get sponsored page the first thing
it mentions is that I should already have a fedora account... so which
should come first.... the chicken or the egg? :)

Regards,
Peter
