have a look in the man-pages-fr.spec file to see how often this package is
update. In addition, I can tell you this package really need a review...
I wasn't CC in package review and the second bug was closed before I've
maintained man-pages-fr. If you asked me about them, I would fix them.
Also you could (co-)maintain this package (or everyone else) in Fedora.
