I knew I'd hit some sort of DLL hell...

Some may have noticed a "MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading PyQt4\_qt.pyd"
error when trying to open the liveusb-creator.exe.  I've updated the zip
to include the M$ C++ runtime dll, which fixes this issue.
