I propose that we add /sbin and /usr/sbin to the path for normal users

Anyone opposed to such an action?

-1 it will break quite a few things. especially everything that uses
consolehelper. it could be worked around by putting /sbin:/usr/sbin at the
end of path
Its the beginning of a release cycle. We can /change/ quite a few
things. Breaking stuff is not a reason not to do something if the time
is there to fix it, and there's enough willing manpower (we're about to
see if this latter requirement is met).
Relax, its open source :)
