Is this with F9?  What's the output of:

chkconfig --list | grep NetworkManager
chkconfig --list | grep network

Do you have any ifcfg-* files in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ ?

If you do, does the file for your network card contain ONBOOT=yes ?
