Is there a problem with CVS permissions at the moment?

I'm getting errors like:

$ cvs ci
**** Access denied: rjones is not in ACL for rpms/emacs-common-tuareg/devel
cvs commit: Pre-commit check failed
cvs [commit aborted]: correct above errors first!
cvs commit: saving log message in /tmp/cvswGfsQ9

but I'm pretty sure I have the required access to commit to this
branch. I'm getting the same error on other modules too. Is there
some problem with CVS permissions or am I just being stupid?

Rich.
