593 packages fit this bill from my last rawhide build about 5 weeks ago.  Here's the list...
(sorry, my lab network is offline this weekend so I can't easily do
the package -> owner -> email mappings for everyone.  I started
another rebuild this morning, should finish in a couple days.)

glibc-2.7.90-6.src.rpm

<ugh>, so I guess whoever said it was right that the distro wouldn't even bootstrap upto glibc with this. So of our basic toolchain only gcc seems to be free of this, this is ... somewhat bad I must say.
