There are no guarantees that we won't adopt 2.6.25.x.y for the kernel. The
convention is to add "-name" to it - eg -ac, -mm, etc.

I am adding "-libre" to EXTRAVERSION in the Makefile. If upstream adds another
digit, I will simply include that and add my digit to the end.
