I believe you can look in your /etc/mock/site-defaults.cfg file and
find:
config_opts['macros']['Add_your_macro_name_here'] = "add macro value
here"

I _think_ that does what you're looking for if you know the rpmmacro you
need to set. Which, in this case, I don't. :)
