status of it is and what blocks getting it reviewed?
I have yet to submit it to FPC for review because there were a few
outstanding issues. I'm hoping to find a bit of time this week at
EclipseCon to get the guidelines finished up and ready for submission
for Tuesday's FPC meeting.

Good to hear that you are working on this, I really want to make some time for
this too, but alas currently I'm swamped with other stuff.
I'll contact you off list with some concerns I have about the current draft.
