Pup has information which packet after install requires restart of
your system and which don't. Only choice now is to dissable package by
package if you don't wan't to install packages that require a restart

Well.. technically none of them require restart. ;) It might be reasonable to 'suggest' restarting a machine after a kernel, but that dialog as it is would be pretty misleading for every package except the kernel, imo.
