rawhide testing machines for developers

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Since the "RFC: Page size on PPC/PPC64 builders" has drifted all
around, I decided to just stick this in a new thread...

I would like to extend a standing offer to any fedora package developer
(cvsextras member) who needs a rawhide build/test instance to test or
build packages on:

I have currently setup two test machines you are welcome to use:

1 ppc32 - powermac G4 466mhz
1 x86_64 - AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2

I should also be moving a new x86_64 server in place soon where I
should be able to spin up i386/x86_64 virtuals pretty easily, so I
should be able to make folks f7/f8/rawhide & i386/x86_64 virtuals for
testing or building.

Someday hopefully I can just have the machines authenticate against
the fedora account system, but currently I am just making accounts as
needed. If you need such an account, email me your preferred username
and ssh key. Note that these machines are running rawhide, and
sometimes are re-installed.

I don't have ppc64, ia64, s390, sparc or arm currently, but if someone
ships machines my way I would be more than happy to add them to the
pool and maintain them.
