As you seem to have packaged Java software, I am wondering if you would have a showr look at the guidelines draft [1] and nuke some entries from the TODO. (i.e. you seem to require java-1.7.0-icedtea-devel; care to explain when is it appropriate to require it instead of java-devel, etc?)
