This is waiting on the new libsoup22 package (#430978). I dropped a new
specfile and SRPM there for consideration in the review process, with
mbarnes' approval.
Looking at:
/usr/share/doc/libsoup-2.3.2/NEWS
I don't see many API changes, wouldn't it be easier to port drivel to the new
libsoup?
