You need to split the FE-Legal question from the review question. If ever the package couldn't be allowed in Fedora, then i'm sure we can find a solution so the spec (and the work) won't get lost. Of course an advice would be welcome to solve the question about inclusion of p2p software in Fedora. (with the hope that it will make appear an approvable spec within the next minute!?)
