As the Fluendo folks have explained multiple times, the problem is not the 
Intel ICC compiler, but the Intel IPP library. This got incorrectly blamed on 
the compiler by the usual game of "Telephone", but Intel are the only ones who 
can fix it (hooray for proprietary software :-/).
