FYI for anyone else comes across this. When installing upstart and
event-compat-sysv you may get an error during rpm_check_debug vs depsolve:
Package redhat-lsb needs /sbin/pidof, this is not available.
Installing sysvinit-tools at the same time as upstart fixes this.
