CAVEATS
-------
If you're using SELinux, make sure you're running the latest rawhide
policy, as well as an initramfs made with the latest rawhide mkinitrd.
This is because upstart does not load policy directly - it relies on
policy being loaded from initramfs.

Are we still required to remake initrd if policy changes?
Also, do we want to try to resolve this before merge?

It doesn't need much more pushing. We know the cause and can fix it for
at least one out of the 3.
