I'm going to build libsoup 2.3.2 soon. Despite the scary looking release announcement, DanW tells me that it is not going to break applications that are using libsoup 2.3.0. Nevertheless, the soname is going to change from libsoup-2.4.so.0 to .1, so rebuilding will be necessary.
