Thats not true.
You can doubleclick on the partitionicon (desktop or my computer)
Enter root password. (And choose remember if you don't want to do it
every time)
And the partion will be mounted _with_ ntfs write support.
So rephrase it as "The documentation or the method used to enable NTFS write
support is not sufficiently obvious"
