I see a few Perl packages with a changelog like that:

> - rebuild for new perl
This is bad! You're rebuilding the package again with the old Perl in dist-f9,
so when dist-f9-perl gets merged, you'll have an EVR problem. Now these
packages need to be bumped and built for dist-f9-perl again!
