We can't do anything about that. Canonical doesn't think they have to
play by US laws and so they can get around the problem.
Fedora cannot and WILL NOT play fast and loose with the law.

Did I say already that USA has stupid law, which stops you from doing
useful things?
Because of one country's law we cannot use codecs etc.
I hope EU will not do such law.
