Doubtful. That DVD download is usually used more than once, while all
network installs will always download a whole lot of stuff each time.
Reasonable proxy behavior would mostly fix that. But, it's hard to beat
an rsync or bitorrent download of an image to an nfs-exported directory
followed by an nfs install.
