No, it isn't. So far, you have not provided any data. You have not even
posted data about your hardware, active drivers, your configuration of
both test environments.

Hmm, but especially when writing things like that it is really necessary
to provide actual numbers to back up your claims and to take a close look
at these two programs are configured. For example, a simple change in
number of udev rules to process can have an impact. You skip that work and
expect other people to do it instead?
