I've thrown together a proposal for something we discussed in FESCo in the last couple meetings. FESCo agreed to the idea in principle, but obviously wanted a formal proposal to digest. http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/JesseKeating/AutomatedMIAProposal is said proposal.
