After editing the fedora.8.x86_64.cfg file, I discovered this line: exclude=[ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefhijklmnopqrstuvwxyz]*.i*86 g[abcdefghijkmnopqrstuvwxyz]*.i?86 glib2.i?86 glib.i?86 Now, I'm not sure if yum uses wildcard globbing or regular expressions. >From the above, it seems to be a combination of both. If it's pure regexp, shouldn't it be something more like: exclude=[^g].*\.i.?86 g[^l].*\.i.?86 gl[^i].*\.i.?86 gli[^b].*\.i.?86 glib[^c].*\.i.?86 ?
