Silly security issues, sensitive partner information, sensitive
unreleased product information, etc... There are real reasons for some
things to be closed off. It's semi-unfortunate that we share so much
code around these things that a sensitive non-public issue can have
effect on the massively public Fedora.

However the benefits of sharing the bugzilla install far far outweigh
these periodic issues.
