No, rpath is not necessary for dlopened modules - all the modules below
/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/ work fine without it.
But if your modules are just modules and not used as shared libraries,
they should not be in /usr/lib, but rather somewhere below
%{_libdir}/%{name}.
