Than can be a bit hard to contact indeed, speaking from experience here... I
think he is way overworked, so he has a hard time keeping up with work items
like Bugzilla entries or comaintainership requests.
He is usually idling on #fedora-kde, though unfortunately marked away (or just
not there) more often than not.
