Basically, yum-presto uses deltarpm which uses prelink to verify that
binary files haven't changed. It looks like SELinux doesn't want
prelink accessing sockets or rpm temp files.

The bug above is not entirely SELinux correct?
Please file a separate bug against selinux-policy. Dan Walsh will
either fix up the selinux-policy or ask questions about it before doing so.
