Random question about Koji's reporting of completion date vs. finished date

Why are the start/complete dates reported in the Koji interface
different to the finished dates?

For example, this nspluginwrapper build[1]
reports a start/complete date of 21 Sept. 2007, but the
buildinfo page for the package[2] displays a "finished"
date of 09 Nov 2007 (entry for nspluginwrapper-0.9.91.5-3.fc8
is approximately halfway down the page currently).

Thanks to anyone that can point me to a quick answer and
also a good place for further reading on this.
