You shouldn't really need it, install the liberation fonts, "Liberation
Sans" is supposed to be metrically equivalent to Arial, i.e. effectively
the same size glyphs, spacing, etc. And fontconfig will automatically
suggest "Liberation Sans" as a replacement for anything (e.g. OOo)
requesting a replacement for "Arial" through it.

Otherwise google for "corefonts".
