Oh, for F7 I suppose you'll still want to be using the old bcm43xx
driver. I was thinking of the rawhide kernel.

Either update to rawhide, or alternatively unload the ssb drivers, load
bcm43xx, and add your device's PCI ident to bcm43xx (as you seem to know
how to do, but my preferred technique would be this
in /etc/modprobe.d/bcm43xx):

install pci:v000014E4d00004324sv*sd*bc*sc*i* /sbin/modprobe --ignore-install bcm43xx && echo "14e4 4324" > /sys/bus/pci/drivers/bcm43xx/new_id
