No cleanup was done because of this index problem.

What makes you say the clean up was not done. The ts_done message is
just about the journalling not about the actual function that's
occurring

So how can I fix this cleanup problem on a huge number of packages????

First, you need to know that is what's actually happened.

Ok, I check kernel listing and I see both f7 and f6 kernels, but I then check firefox, thunderbird, mysql, php and I only see f7 packages so maybe things are ok. How can I be sure though with so many packages?
