Unfortunately I don't think you will be able to. The stuff in the free part (or 
most of it, at least) is going to be exactly the stuff which Legal is most 
uncomfortable with: Free Software, but patent-encumbered in the US.

You _might_ be able to refer to the non-free part for NVidia and stuff, but I 
guess there's probably also going to be stuff that's legally murky at least in 
the US in there. (For example, the proprietary drivers might be a violation of 
the Linux kernel's GPL (version 2) license.)
