Hi folks, An image of the "Package Review" tickets queue over time... The close rate is wrong due to some mass ticket changes that occurred at some point, and my script is too dumb to actually capture the closed date: it just looks at the modified date. One thing I think worth noting: we are nowhere nearing a point where there is nothing left to package it seems.
