I have made a mockup to show to cleanup things a little.

There is some issues.
* baseurl is not a single line, there can be more lines, with different
protocols.
* when there is a protocol selector there is no need to write http://
etc. in the URL entry.
* Hide the mirrorlist & gpg key entries when the checkbox is unselected.
